Q: Are there any prequistions to install?
A: Yes. Please make suere you have the two components installed.

Q: I have installed office 2003/2007 and .net framework. When I click "Slim" add-in button, the procedure won't be launched.
A: Please follow the instructions step by step:

1. Make sure you have Office Primary Interop Assemblies (PIAs) installed on the target machine. You can check this by going to the Global Assembly Cache, GAC, (%systemroot%\assembly, e.g. c:\windows\assembly) and looking for assemblies beginning with "Microsoft.Office".
2. If it hasn't been installed, you may get them from microsoft site.
• Office PIA 2003 or Office PIA 2007.
3. Make sure the add-in is not listed in the Disabled Items.
• In Office 2003 and earlier versions, you can access "Disabled Items" list from: Help menu > About > "Disabled Items".
• In Office 2007, you can access "Disabled Items" list from: Office menu > Help > "Disabled Items".

Q: Why does antisvirus firewall report virus when OutlookSlim is processing?
A: OutlookSlim doesn't contain any malware itself. This may be caused by malware in your mails, especially attachements. You can check scan log or isolated files of your antivirus software to verify this.

Q: Does my license expire?
A: No, never. You can use it forever without overdue limitation.
